The Carillion Claims website is run by Southey Capital Ltd, and was set-up following the collapse of Carillion, to provide a central source of updates and information for creditors, as well as to assist creditors who wish to monetize their claims to find a price level for their claims.
Seeing how large an impact the Carillion administration has had on individuals, contractors and trade creditors, we thought that a central resource would make life easier. The aim of the website is to draw together helpful information in one place, and provide a more proactive approach to resolving the losses.
Southey Capital Ltd was founded by Robert Southey, who has worked in Banking since 2014 including prestigious Investment Banks and Boutiques; specifically working in the restructuring, valuation and trading of bankruptcy claims and complicated securities for over ten years.
Towards the end of 2017, worries began to circulate in the financial markets as to the stability of Carillion Plc, at January came around and administrators were called in the full scale of the collapse became apparent, and we thought that a central creditors website would be helpful.
